t-three partners with Lilly to provide their Regional Self Development Programme which runs 5 times a year with participants drawn from Asia, Europe and The Middle East.
The Regional Self Development Programme is an innovative and challenging 3 day development centre designed to accelerate the talents of emerging leaders at Eli Lilly.
Twenty participants engage in intensive activities designed to provide practical opportunities to give them a deep insight into their behaviours, strengths and weaknesses. Critically, it supports Lilly’s people in identifying key steps to improving their leadership effectiveness which is benchmarked against the Lilly competency framework as well as guidance on their future career development.
The below evaluation data is from 76 participants who were surveyed 3 years after they went on the programme:
83% said that they used their learning to immediately improve their performance back at work
